Stayed here for a night to have a rest spot for celebrating my birthday with a group of friends, and when i walked into the property i was more than impressed with how clean, put together, spacious, and tasteful it was! All of the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and organised, as well as a spacious kitchen / dining room. The patio outback was a great place to catch some fresh air with privacy. Parking was provided in the garage and additional street parking was fairly easy to find within the neighborhood, which was also very safe and walkable. This location was great with many things to do see nearby like the Grove and Fairfax. Also a great area of BH that is not too far from Hollywood, Weho, and Silverlake. John is a very responsive and friendly host, and would definitely want to book this stay again in the future. Thanks! Addit

We had a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed there with my two kids for my daughter’s birthday weekend. Very comfortable and had the amenities we needed. My daughter wanted to go to nearby matcha places and restaurants therefore we chose this area. Quick clear and friendly communication with the host. Would stat there again.

Great location: LACMA, the Academy Museum, and The Grove are all within walking distance. There is a supermarket right in front and a café next door. It is in a prime spot on Miracle Mile, so it is very convenient for getting anywhere.

We lived our stay at John’s place. We stayed over Christmas and were able to feel comfortable and safe and relaxed! We had everything we needed for a great vacation! I would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful, clean and a very convenient location. Walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping! We will be staying there again in the future, our oldest lives a half of a mile from the location, so very convenient!

The place has a great locational benefit for LA travelers. The place was clean and peaceful quiet surrounding neighborhood. It was great to stay with my friends :) The only thing that bothered me was the bathtub. The water was filling up during shower due to clogged tub.

Room was nice! Linens were clean and comfortable. Host was very kind and responsive. Very easy and professional interactions from host. The walk was so close to a lot of nice dinner and bar locations. We would absolutely come stay here again.
